Welcome !

During my many years as a real estate agent I have been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions. Each one offered new challenges and experiences that help me guide prospective buyers and sellers.

I am proud to say, for five years in a row I earned the Seattle Magazine-Five Star designation as best in client satisfaction  based on surveys of recent buyers and sellers. Only 5% of 25,000 agents make it to this level. 

I adhere to the following standards as a professional real estate agent:

  1. I provide outstanding customer service.
    My greatest responsibility is to meet the needs of my clients. Buying and selling real estate is a big decision. It is my job to offer advice based on my experiences in similar situations. It is not my job to push or pressure people into making decisions to satisfy my needs.

  2. I am reliable.
    I believe in "being there" for my clients. I make it a point to be prompt, respond quickly to phone calls, and attend all appointments from inspections to closings.

  3. I provide and facilitate excellent communication.
    Nothing is more critical to a buyer or seller than reliable communication and feedback. I make it a point to fully explain all aspects of the transaction process so my clients are fully prepared for each step. I stay in touch with my client's escrow and lending agents to avoid any unexpected delays or problems and keep my clients informed as the steps toward closing are completed.

  4. I conduct all business with honesty and integrity.
    I want buyers and sellers to make educated decisions. I do not push or prod for my own benefit. I make it a point to give honest feedback and truthfully advise my clients.

  5. I focus on my client's needs.
    I believe in listening to what people have to say. I do not use my cell phone during appointments. I focus on the needs of my clients when I am with them.

Buying and selling real estate is a big, life altering decision. I treat every customer with the respect, care and concern they deserve. Not only do I want to provide excellent service, but I want my clients to feel comfortable referring others to me. My business thrives on the satisfaction of my clients and I never forget that.
